TDVC is required to invest a substantial portion of your commitment during your provisional visa period, thereby allowing you to meet one of the conditions of your provisional visa. Be aware that some other VC funds specifically do not guarantee an investment of your funds, which may put your visa at risk.

Your Investments

There are three investments an SIV Applicant has to make:

  • The Venture Capital Investment (at least 10%)

  • The Emerging Companies Investment (at least 30%)

  • The Balancing Investment (the remainder)

We are able to arrange a single SIV solution for all of the above investments.
